280 Wareham Street, Middleborough
I don't have too many complete memories of this place, but I retain in full detail the layout of the surrounding area. This was a fantastic playground for a young child with an adventurous spirit and an overactive imagination. Directly to the left of the house was the Herring Run which contained not only a forest, the run, a river but also a dam and waterfall. To the right there was a large dirt pit that separated us from our neighbors. In the back were thick bushes of wild blackberries and raspberries. Through that was a cliff that lead down the to river and on the edge of the cliff was stone slab, the remains of old garage or tiny house. It was all fertile ground for imaginative adventure.

The address of the State Road house changed often with the whims of the Post Office but remained as:
RR #1 State Road, 620 in our hearts.
I lived here for my final year of high school.
I would return a decade later and use one of the rooms as a base between shows will I was working the convention circuit.
